"My fiancé and I truly couldn’t have bought our house in Skerries, Dublin without Thalia’s support. We are from Down and Offaly so hadn’t decided which exact area of Dublin we wanted to buy in. She helped us narrow down the perfect location for us based on our stage of life and interests, organised virtual viewings so we didn’t have to keep flying back and forth, and guided us every step of the way. She went above and beyond going to viewings at short notice and repeat viewings to really help our chances. We were able to go to sale agreed after about 2 months without viewing the house in person, as we were so confident in the viewings and info that Thalia had been able to provide. We also learned a lot through the process and felt very confident in our choice and priorities.

Thalia was instrumental in finding the right property and negotiating the deal, and she stuck with us right through conveyancing, always checking in and helping wherever she could. She also connected us with excellent solicitors and surveyors from her network, which made everything run so much more smoothly.
