This service is for people who may have lived in Ireland for a period,  but who are now looking to change rental homes, and also those relocating themselves privately for the first time.  We have a range of different packages available, and each package draws from the menu of services below:

• Audio / video call to establish client’s accommodation requirements.

• Selection and attendance at / accompaniment to viewings.

• Management of communications with agents / landlords.

• Applications submitted for chosen properties viewed.

• Lease negotiation & review.

• Property inspection and property condition report.

• Accompanied check-in / check-in on behalf of client.

• Support with utilities.

• Local area orientation tours.

• Virtual or in-person home finding service available.

Pricing

• Premium Rental Package – €1,800 - full support approx. for 4 -8 weeks, including up to 6 accompanied viewings, lease, utility & check-in assistance. Ideal for families or those with specific needs.

• Standard Rental Package – €1,500 - streamlined support for 3–6 weeks with up to 4 accompanied viewings and all other premium package features.

• Basic Rental Package – €1,200 - a streamlined version of the Standard package with up to 4 viewings. Excluding property inspection, lease, utility and check-in support.

• Travel surcharges apply outside Dublin.
